HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

If you live inside our boundaries you are automatically a voting member.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FEES?

You do not need to pay fees to be a member because membership is free and automatic for residents.

CAN I JOIN IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE BOUNDARIES?

Yes! You may be a Friend of Bicentennial Square for free. We invite all Friends of Bicentennial Square to join us for meetings and social events the same as a member. The difference is you will not have voting rights.  To gain membership come to a meeting and sign up or join our Facebook page or email list.

WILL THE ASSOCIATION TRY TO TELL ME WHAT I CAN HAVE ON MY PROPERTY OR HOW TO MAINTAIN IT?

No. We respect the autonomy and property rights of all our neighbors.

IS MY HOUSE IN THE BICENTENNIAL SQUARE NEIGHBORHOOD?

Bicentennial Square Includes:
-  Homes located inside the Square created between Burlington Beach Road & Bullseye Lake Road and between 
Campbell Street and Valparaiso Street.
- Homes on the north side of Burlington Beach Road between Campbell Street and Valparaiso Street.

HOW WILL I FIND OUT ABOUT PLANNED ACTIVITIES?

We will post about updates and events on our website, Facebook group, and our email list. You can join our email list or Facebook page by using the links at the top of the website. You can leave the Facebook group or unsubscribe to emails at anytime. 

HOW CAN I SHARE AN IDEA OR COMMUNITY CONCERN?

Our association is meant to be inclusive and community driven. We'd love to hear your input. You can share ideas on our Facebook page, in person at a meeting or event, or with any of our board members listed on the About Us page of this website.
